Cold smoked salmon, steeped in a Wasabi and Ginger marinade before being naturally air-dried to produce a powerful flavour combination.

20g pack (made with 60g of beef).

Ingredients: Salmon, Wasabi, Soy sauce(water, salt, soy beans, white sugar, wheat flour, E211, E631, E627), Ginger.
