A Japanese inspired jerky marinade, resulting in a flavour which grows in intensity as you chew.

Ingredients: Beef, Hobgoblin beer, Soy sauce(water, salt, soya beans, white sugar, wheat flour, E211, E631, E627), Mustard sauce.
